THE LOSE OF A LOYAL GAMER
I started playing RAN ONLINE since i was in my 3rd year of college and that was 2006 in the mid of Sept-October.
Yes! Ran Online was my very first online gaming experience. I played it because of my case study.
I was a psychology student back then and I was so curious why other students, especially the high school ones cut class just to go to a computer shop. Well, I know they were playing computer games and to answer my questions, I tried it myself.
"RAN ONLINE" was the "talk of the school" at that time. Even my male classmates talk about it in our classroom and share ideas how they won the duel, how cool it was and stuffs.
So anyway, I created my character and "pUff!". I played and played until I finished my case study. I didn't even bothered taking summer class that time because I was already addicted to it.
It's already 4 years now since I had my account and I can't even count the times I was hacked. Still, the process is "filing a ticket at the helpdesk"every time I was hacked. If my tickets were compiled then may
be I would make a book.
I won't deny the fact theat it's only me who know my username. Some does because I really need a "pilot", for me, wanting to level up my character.
But I really don't know how in the world does he/she knows my email used in my egames account when I have different personal and gaming email address. He uses the forgot password in my egames portal using my username and then forgot password in my email.
HOW GENIUS IS THAT HACKER?
Is he really a genius or does he have a connection inside the e-games company?
To bad to say, the E-Games Community Game Masters can't help me out with regards to this. Their advices are so useless; change the email, password and pincode. They also would advise you to change your secret question for you to answer as an additional access to your account. All can be change if you have 2 valid ID's that should match your EGames account information.
If the desperate mad hacker still knows the username then changing of those above are no use.Which I am encountering right now.
I just changed my information, still the hacker is asking for my a LOST PASSWORD through my email.
Good thing I am always online in my YM.
I NEVER WAS AN E-GAMES EMPLOYEE AND I DON'T
KNOW HOW THEY DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF PROBLEM.
BUT THEY SHOULD COME A SOLUTION REGARDING
THIS BECAUSE WE, THE PLAYERS DIDN'T SPEND JUST 1
PESO TO PLAY THIS GAME.
I DIDN'T SPEND ONLY 100EP FOR MY CHARACTER...
BUT A THOUSANDS ALREADY.
I DON'T MIND IT ANYMORE NOW, BECAUSE I JUST GOT TIRED.
I AM LEAVING THIS GAME WITHOUT JUSTICE IN MY HANDS.
TO ALL E-GAMES GMS AND STAFFS. LOVE YOUR
PLAYERS AS MUCH AS THE PLAYERS LOVES YOU AND
THE GAMES. FOR WITHOUT THE PLAYERS, THERE
WOULD BE NO YOU.
I HOPE THAT I WOULD BE THE LAST
RAN ONLINE PLAYER QUITTING..
GOD BLESS!
